alfacert is a certification system, for Greek companies related to tourism. Certification is provided by the company ALFA CERT S.A. and is based on compliance with specifications, that are clear and accessible to everyone interested, covering all basic, specific and other information of the CSP (“Certified Service Provider”; the company certified). Annual inspection and random controls, by Inspectors and Controllers of ALFA CERT S.A. ensure that these specifications are always met by the CSP.
